Reformer Pilates


This 50 minute class focuses on strengthening your body, mind and soul. This twist on classical pilates uses resistance on the reformer machine to level up the typical mat pilates class. Suitable for intermediate and advanced Pilates goers, this class is going to challenge you in the best way possible. The instructor will tailor the workout to your personal abilities and walk you through any modifications you may need. 


Jumpboard


This low impact, high energy cardio class is sure to have you breaking a sweat. Our instructor will turn up the music and encourage you through this 50 minute class, using the jumpboard reformer attachment. You will work arms, legs, glutes and core – all while getting your heart rate up! *Best suited for those who are intermediate to advanced and comfortable with the reformer* 


Pilates Fundamentals

Created with our older member base in mind, this 50 minute class is focused on building a solid foundation in the Pilates practice. Light resistance and low impact moves will leave you feeling strong, balanced and proud of yourself and your body. This class is tailored to a beginners level, but can be modified at any time.


Strength, Stretch and Roll 

Join us for this new 50 minute evening class in the glow of the studio. Strength, Stretch and Roll focuses on a series of moves to strengthen your core, followed by a full body evening stretch to lengthen your muscles, improve flexibility and range of motion and increase blood flow. We take it one step further with a fascia roll to further reduce muscle pain, soreness and inflammation. This class works your core, stretches your body and rolls out your muscles setting you up for a restful evening leaving you feeling revived the next morning.
